Technical Polymers LLC becomes Domo Engineering Plastics US LLC.

Domo Engineering Plastics US is part of the Engineering Plastics Business Unit of Domo Chemicals GmbH, a German, privately held enterprise with sales exceeding one billion dollars.  Domo Chemicals has activities in nylon and intermediates, global compounding of a wide range of engineering plastic based materials, nylon film and fertilizer production and trading.

There are no changes in ownership, management and company structure.  Both Gary Foote and Dennis Eich, former owners of Technical Polymers, remain with the company in their respective senior management roles.
